Info from Licensor: "I was in a rush to get to work, riding between cars in the morning rush hour traffic on the expressway until he rode up behind a police car. He was eventually signaled over. I immediately feared I would encounter an angry and stern police officer. However, as the officer exited the car he exclaimed with rather gleeful mannerisms; "Gotcha!" the officer asks laughingly "What are you doing?" the biker replied, "I'm just headed to work" to which the cops notions that he understands that. The officer went on to explain that he only signaled the biker over because the public would have thought ill of him if he didn't."
