Occurred on April 1, 2020 / Gardiner, Maine, USA
Info from Licensor: I was heading to work. I encountered a red Ford focus that almost hit me. I looked in the mirror and saw her waving something out the window. I thought she needed help so I turned around. Finding her again and realized she was, in fact, attempting to hit people. So, I called 911 and followed her until the Maine State police caught up to her. It started in Gardiner Maine. The entire length is roughly 30 min. it broke up between 3-minute intervals. There was no reason as to why she was trying to cause an accident. She was taken in for mental health evaluation. Charges were submitted to the DA. Still pending.
