Info from Licensor: "The black car was driving behind me as we were getting on the highway entry ramp. Instead of merging, they decided to pass on the left, attempting to take over both of us. The van wasn't having any of it and drove the black car almost completely off the road. Thinking it was me, the passenger of the van jumps out and kicks my car, leaving a dent in my car."
