Info from Licensor: "I was driving down 820 on my way to an appointment, coming up on Randal Mill Road when the driver in the Honda failed to check before getting over and struck my Jeep causing himself to slide out of control and hitting another vehicle. Before the impact, the Honda driver was driving very erratically before attempting to pass me."
