Driver Helped Out Of Rearing Truck

Info from Licensor: "In the morning there was an incident with an emergency vehicle. The hydraulic system got caught on a cable and the truck reared up. After about 15 minutes, emergency services arrived and pulled the car back with a cable. No one was hurt, and traffic was not affected either."
