Break Checks and Bothered Drivers

Info from Licensor: "The first red SUV was going 100 or under in the left lane and the silver car was really bothered. He started by riding his bumper, then tried running him off the road. He slowed down more, so I passed on the right. I hit resume on my cruise control to 115, and the silver car starts slowing down now and breaks checks me for some reason. While this is going on, a silver truck that is pissed off for one reason or another, came flying up and tried to cut him off and the hilarity ensued until they parted ways."
