Erratic Driver Crashes

Occurrence Date: October 13, 2015 Info From Licensor: "I noticed the car in front of me driving erratically. I thought the driver could be drunk or distracted. I decided to record him in case he caused an accident. It turned out he was a mechanic working on a client's car. He was running a diagnostic program on the car when he wrecked. There were no injuries."
