Occurrence Date: November 2, 2015 Info From Licensor: "Saw the convoy coming so I pulled over to video it. The Federal Marshal pulled over and started yelling and shaking his hands that I couldn't record. Then that slowed up the convoy and the back truck rear ended the nuke!"
