Distracted Driver Sends Tire into the Opposite Lane

Info from Licensor: "This happened in Wilkes-Barre on the Cross Valley Expressway. I was on my way to work, and this happened right in front of me. It looked like the driver may have been using their phone. The tire that hit the Jeep deployed the Jeep's airbags."
