Car on PCH Collides with Wall at Highway Speed

Info from Licensor: "The incident occurred while driving along PCH, heading north just before Sunset at about 7:45 PM. I noticed the truck behind the involved car change lanes, then watched the driver follow the curve of the turn, appear to drive into the shoulder and continue full speed into the wall. I called 9-1-1, spoke to the dispatcher. As I was on the phone, a crowd gathered and an ambulance and to firetrucks arrived within 10 minutes of the accident."
