Brand New Chair Is Extremely Bendy

Info from Licensor: "My husband was so excited to buy these chairs and looking forward to finally relaxing. He checked the max weight and saw that it was 250lbs so he thought he was ok to use them. Well, I guess the chairs proved him wrong, haha. The chair started tilting back within seconds and it ended with the chair tilting so badly he fell off. We bought new chairs."
