Guy Waving A Knife Around Gets Pepper Sprayed

This guy had been trying to steal a bike by cutting through the chain with a knife, right in front of a packed restaurant and with the bike owner standing beside him. When he realized that wasn't going to work, he walked around waving the knife and asking people to take his picture, he then stabs a lady's purse and asks her to take a picture of him, when he reaches to take her phone he gets a face full of pepper spray. The second video shows him being arrested around the corner.
