Reckless Driver Gets Their Wreck Recorded

Info from Licensor: "You can see in the beginning of the video the driver was either distracted or intoxicated or something. They didn't check their blindspot and merged into me or they did see me and didn't care at all and still merged into my car. I filed a police report and contacted my insurance company and gave them the info on the other car and who its registered to etc but I am still waiting on the end result."
