Drug Induced Men at a Bus Stop

Info from Licensor: "Saw a man lying on the ground face down with a man just standing there staring at him. Instantly remembered seeing these two on my way to the school earlier and all were completely wasted. I then noticed another guy trying to help the bigger guy on the ground. Once I stopped recording the guy who was passed out started running back up the road towards the school. I have since heard the man suffers mental illness and he is now receiving help to get off synthetics."
