Info From Licensor: "I had just been released after a 4 day stay at the hospital and went to the Walgreen's in the parking lot of the patco high-speed rail line station in Lindenwold, NJ. After returning to the station my father told me he just witnessed a shoeless man being escorted off a bus. About 15 minutes later we saw the officer who escorted him off the bus pull back up. I saw the officer get off of his patrol car with a box of new boots and started recording."
