Info from Licensor: "I was coming eastbound on Kipling Ave when this guy tried to come into my lane without signaling or without checking his blind spot so I honked at him. He still came to my lane but a short time later he went back to the right lane and then tried to change his lane and tried to come in front of me again. I honked back at him. As soon as we stopped at the red light he came out yelling at me. The rest is in the video."
