Info from Licensor: "I pulled up to a busy intersection, the light was red. The vehicle in the lane next to us had its door open. The driver was outside of his vehicle, yelling and screaming at the vehicle in front of us and pounding on the vehicle. He then grabbed a frozen water bottle out of his vehicle and threw it at the car. He got back into his car after screaming a little more and drove into oncoming traffic, while the light was still Red."
