Info From Licensor: "I was leaving work at the hospital 2 blocks east of the accident. I knew that he was not on a truck route and was headed towards a bridge that is hit frequently by lost truckers. I was talking to my husband and told him "this truck is about to hit the bridge on Main". He told me to record it, the street is not busy, so I did! I was surprised I actually caught is on video. After the accident I called 911 and asked the guy if he was OK, he was obviously "unhappy". I then sat there with my blinkers on waiting for the police. When the police arrived I asked them if they needed anything from me and they said no."
