Info from Licensor: "I was fishing when I saw a seagull struggling in the water. I decided to put my kayak in and go see what was going on. He was wrapped around his neck, wings, and legs with fishing line. I picked him up out of the water and paddled back to shore. I then proceeded to cut the line off of him. He stayed pretty calm through this whole ordeal. After I made sure all the line was off I set him free. He did fly away."
