Info from Licensor: "A few weeks ago, two of my friends and I were snorkeling when one of them found a Cormorant terribly tangled in fishing line and dragging more behind it with kelp and seagrass entangled. It could not use its wings and was very fatigued from pulling all the extra weight. We guided it onto the shore where a lifeguard was waiting. Thankfully, one of my friends has experience in capturing and handling injured birds. If you see something like this it is very important to inform the lifeguards. They had the tools necessary for this and a bird rescue box along with a long list of different places to call for the rehabilitation. Don’t attempt to do this on your own because their beaks are incredibly sharp."
