Info from Licensor: "I was chatting in my front yard with a neighbor, when we heard what sounded like an explosion on the next street over. We walked around the corner, and saw a high voltage transmission line had come off on of the insulator, sagged to the top of the tree, and was arcing through the tree branches to the ground. As I was filming it, occurred to me that it seemed to be building up to explode again, so I began backing up. It then exploded three more times."
