Info from Licensor: "I was driving near Staunton, Virginia traveling southbound on I-81, bypassing vehicles from the right lane. I wasn’t in the left lane long. After passing that tanker, he sped up, and then I sped up more. The vehicles behind me managed to bypass the tanker, but I guess the dude in the white pickup truck was having a bad day."
