Info from Licensor: "A dog was smelling outside as most do on car rides, barking here and there. I was behind this car for a while, the dog was happy smelling the smells on the ride. The lady pulled up the window without looking at her dog when it was barking too much and choked it. It was not the dog that pressed the button, it was the lady because the dog kept barking. I was able to see it."
