Info from Licensor: "I was going for a run when I heard a strange noise. I looked and saw a duck looking at me and quacking. I thought that was really odd, so I got closer and she quacked more at me. She was next to a grate on the ground so I looked in there and saw and heard the ducklings. That's when I called the police and they transferred me to the Phoenix Fire Department located just up the street. They arrived a in a few minutes and rescued the ducklings!"
