Info from Licensor: "I bought 15lbs of dry ice for New Year's Eve to make some noise.. Its crazy the little amount of ice and water it takes to make the bottle explode. So loud too! I ended up blowing apart my garbage can, but can you imagine if this went off in your hand? Not something I want to experience ever."
