Info from Licensor: We are a military family living in Rhode Island; we moved here from Japan. Our house had a chicken coop and we got chicks as pets since our daughter is allergic to dogs and cats. We love them, hand raised them and they are affectionate and loving in return.
Gina is a Rhode Island Red named after the governor of Rhode Island, Gina Raimondo. The chickens in the video all hatched in April; this was their first time seeing snow and Gina decided to taste it.
