Info from Licensor: "Some suspected thieves stole a motorcycle and it ran out of gas. They stopped at a fuel vending machine but didn't know how to open the fuel cap. They jump on the seat, use a wood stick until the lightbulb breaks, but can't open it. An owner of the place sees the suspicious activity and he decides to walk in and ask if they need any help. They say they borrowed the motorcycle from a friend but don't know how to open the fuel cap and pretend to make a call to ask how to open it."
