Info from Licensor: I was on the phone with a customer when I thought I saw a dog off-leash, only to realize it was a young bear running through the strip mall parking lot. We rushed to the windows to watch as the police were rushing all patrons inside the strip mall. He was clearly scared of all the commotion and traffic.
