Info from Licensor: "After passing a car that was in the middle lane, I was getting back into the middle lane since I saw a car behind me and quickly gaining on me. I looked into my mirror to ensure I had enough room to get over. I had enough room and began changing lanes but checked my mirror again just to be safe. The car that had been behind me was trying to squeeze in the gap between my car and the car I had just passed. I swerved back into the leftmost lane to avoid a collision. The other driver lost control and collided with the barrier wall. I pulled in front of the other driver to ensure they were okay and to call the police. The driver immediately fled the scene on foot before I was able to talk to him."
