Info from Licensor: "I am not sure exactly what happened but I saw a cloud of dust coming from the side of the road. Through the dust, I saw a car that looked like it simply spun off the shoulder. When I arrived at my destination I reviewed the video and saw that the car totally flipped over! It's a crazy video with no real explanation of what happened to cause this car to flip."
