Info from Licensor: "It had been snowing and had iced over. I went outside and heard an engine revving really loud. I went over to see what was going on. The white car was out of the parking space, the Jeep was stuck and they were trying to move that first. When they finally got the Jeep moved they continued trying to move the white car. I had started recording because then I’d have proof for whoever was involved if god forbid someone hit a car. Then it started to get funny. I stood outside in 30-degree weather for over 15 minutes watching all of this happen. The people in the video were neighbors helping another neighbor. They continue sliding around just walking, and pushing a car in the ice is dangerous enough worrying about the car backsliding… but it was the man that backslid instead."
