Ladder Slides Out on Man Doing Repairs After Storm

Info from Licensor: I was doing some DIY in my back garden, repairing the roof after the storm. I climbed the ladder in an attempt to screw a plank into the beams and as I applied pressure with the drill the ladder gave way beneath me.
