Info from Licensor: "On June 16 at 4:02 pm at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone lower falls, I was taking a video of the falls when I noticed a woman ducking under the fence and shuffling out to a point over the falls. Her kid was behind her and trying to get to her. She finally sat the kid down and continued to shuffle out to the rock face point for a picture."
