Info from Licensor: "It was Peregrine Falcon mating season and I was observing this Female waiting on this perch/cliff for a Male Peregrine Falcon to bring food before they mate. This Female was starting to cough up, so I hit the record button since they are known to cough up undigested casts/pellets. Cast or pellets are usually feathers or bones of other birds, which they hunt and consume."
