Info from Licensor: "We were on a group whale watch with a company called Kahaia Tours. We had a slow morning but in the early afternoon about 1:30 pm we got in the water with a mother and calf. The calf was very young but still 18ft. The mother had left the calf on the surface and the curious calf came over and spent a good 10 minutes with us. It came right up to our group to see us and looked right at us. It even extended its pectoral fins making it look like it was going to hug me."
