Info from Licensor: "This happened in Stockton, CA going Northbound I-5 when it meets with CA-4. It appears to be a white couple in the van being chased by an African American woman. It is not known to me the reason behind the aggressive and dangerous driving. It appears to be a road rage of some kind that leads to multiple cars almost being hit and a road sign being hit. Looks like the black sedan that was chasing the van had a messed up front end/bumper and also its back window shattered. Once I got home I contacted CHP and told them what happened and that I had high quality dashcam footage of the incident. The CHP officer that was on scene called me 15 minutes later and asked for details on what happened, who I thought the aggressor was and if I could send the footage as soon as I could. I sent it over and that was that. I don’t know the details of what happened to either driver after that. Video says 8/15 but it happened 8/14 around 6:30 pm."
