Driver Eludes Police During Traffic Stop in Manhattan

Info from Licensor: "I arrived in Manhattan on 11/7/2024 and within 15 minutes of being there I witnessed this incident. The police surrounded a black Honda Civic and swarmed it with guns drawn without warning or blue lights. The passenger was pulled out and the driver attempted to escape with the police chasing behind at speeds well over the speed limit. I casually turned off the street as I watched the Black Civic quickly get stuck in the upcoming traffic with few options to escape."
