Info from Licensor: "Longview, Texas has a hot air balloon race every year called The Great Texas Balloon Race. This was on June 19 in the evening. The balloon had to make an emergency landing because the wind stopped blowing and there was nowhere else to safely land. They were pulled into the side of the road and everyone was safe."
