Info from Licensor: "I am an owner operator truck driver with a wife and three boys. This incident happened going eastbound on I-76 in Pennsylvania around the 21.5 mile marker just before the Cranberry Township exit. I have been driving for a living for 20+ years and this is one of the crazier things I have seen. The guy driving the SUV somehow managed to escape with only a few scrapes on his arm but was very shook up afterwards. The tube that came off the flatbed punched a giant hole in the centre of his windshield but somehow did not hit him."
