Info from Licensor: "My two sons and I were beginning our vacation at the Pelican Resort at Myrtle Beach. The weather was cloudy and very cool for July. At approximately 12:40PM my oldest son said, “Hey mom come look at this, it’s snowing!” Whatever was falling was not rain drops, it was something in a frozen form because we all could catch them and they would melt upon hitting our hands. This phenomenon continued so I decided to take a video. Folks from Landmark just across from us were flooding their balconies and taking picture and videos."
