Info from Licensor: "A man running on foot in the Albany Mall parking lot can be seen being chased by multiple police cars. The man is seen running towards the front of the parking lot where cars were parked and a police car comes diagonally across the parking lot targeting the man. As the man runs next to a black Nissan Altima, the cop had to swerve to avoid hitting him and ended up hitting the rear end of the Altima."
