Info from Licensor: "Someone drove over a sidewalk and curb onto the beach nearly hitting me. So I started recording as we were reversing to leave. Then the chaos happened. He drove over multiple sidewalks and onto a beachhead. He was later pulled out of the van and arrested while screaming, "You will all pay!" As he was pulled out, liquor bottles were visible in the car and he was unable to walk."
