background_info: I was driving home and ex-girlfriends daughter noticed an officer in an altercation with another individual. I turned around to see what was occurring, and the officer shouted for help. I immediately got out of the car and assisted the officer by following his instructions to hand him the handcuffs. I waited and watched from a safe distance until the officer maintained control of the situation and another officer arrived on the scene. During the altercation and apprehension, I gave my tablet pc (recording device) to my ex-girlfriend to insure the continuity of the video.
