Occurred on October 2, 2018 / Baltimore, Maryland, USA Info from Licensor: "I don't know the person, and this video was taken at an abandoned house in my neighborhood as I was walking by. I took this video because I thought this was a crazy scene. No matter what she was going through, she still managed to hold on to that syringe. That was crazy. Moreover, she had a serious open wound apparently from using and she still chose to use again. The ending result was someone in her family saw the video and contacted me on social media."
