Info from Licensor: "We heard the sound of air breaks and we quickly ran up to the edge of the hill to see what was going on, not surprised to see it was another big rig who ignored the warning signs that say, No vehicles over 39 feet allowed. Luckily this man was not injured, but it is something we constantly deal with working on this highway. Immediately after I turned off my phone from videoing this awful event, I grabbed a fire extinguisher, fearing the worst, and took off down the hill as fast as I could to get to the driver. To our surprise, the driver was already making his way out of the cab. We realized the smoke was just fuel that had spilled on the exhaust stacks of the big rig and there was no immediate fire danger. I sat with him for about 15-20 minutes before CHP or medical personnel arrived at the scene to ensure he wouldn't go into shock."
