Car Dramatically Drives Off During Police Investigation

Info from Licensor: "Driving back from a work meeting, I got stuck at a light surrounded by police cars. A white car was pulled over with four white passengers. The officer was requesting they evacuate the vehicle. They refused to get out of the car, claiming it was a friend's car. Upon the police trying to forcible remove the girl from the drivers seat, the cop turned to cough. Seemed like either smoke or pepper spray was coming from the car. Upon prying the car door open the driver pressed the gas and started taking off down the street."
