Info from Licensor: "I was sleeping and thought I was at a tire repair shop. Then I woke up and realized that someone was actually outside with the same tools used at a shop. I then looked outside and saw these guys taking off the tires to my neighbor's car. I thought about calling the cops but knew that they would not be here in enough time to see what was happening. I then attempted to let a police officer know what I saw but he didn't care, so I kept it on my phone. Now two years later, it is going on again in my community so I decided to share what happens and how fast they are able to steal someone's hard earned possession."
