Info from Licensor: "I received a notification from my camera system, a week and a half before Christmas, that there was activity on my front porch. I looked at the footage and saw a man walk up onto my porch and begin to try and remove my Christmas decorations. He had a pair of wire cutters and briefly explored cutting the decorations down, but thought better of it. He goes to his vehicle and returns with an ice scraper. He uses the ice scraper to reach up and remove the large metal ornaments. After removing them, he bags them and calmly walks away. He ended up hitting six other houses in my neighborhood. When the police caught him, they told me that he was having a holiday party at his house and needed decorations for it, so he went 'shopping' in my neighborhood."
