Info from Licensor: "Typhoon Hato hit Macau. It was noon and after having our lunch, my friend and I were in the window watching the flood outside and suddenly saw the three elderly Chinese people. One of them was drowning in the flood. We shouted and my husband came and was planning to help them. He jumped into the water with empty gallon of water to float because he is not a good swimmer, and took them to the top of a submerged van, until some of the residents in the nearby building decided to pull the trio up."
