Info From Licensor: "A historical building almost considered a landmark to the locals, caught fire in Leknes, Lofoten, Norway. The building was owned by a family which had been living and operated a shop, there for over 120 years and for generations, and it was a building that meant a lot to the locals. With that in mind I produced an immersive and gripping video, for the locals to have something to look back at.
I was just done with an event-photo job, when I was told there was a fire close to the hotel I stayed at. Grabbed my camera and went off to document it, catching the heat of the action from several angles. While bystanders were told to back off and move behind the closing bands, I was not asked to. Thus I got really close, and not many gets an opportunity to film firefighters close up, like I was able to. I could feel the heat from the fire from across the road, even though the building was burning from within and no visible flames outside. A fire sure is powerful." - Nicolai Willumsen
